Freight and Shipping Policy

All orders incur applicable freight charges. An additional shipping surcharge will apply to all shipments destined for residential addresses or orders that require special handling.

Shipping Methods

Shipments generally depart via UPS Ground. For orders that qualify for free freight, the carrier will be designated as "Best Way," which may include shipment via pallets.

All shipments are sent from Lynn, Massachusetts. Standard delivery time is generally 3–8 business days to destinations in the continental United States.

A shipping confirmation, including the tracking number, will be sent to the delivery address on file upon shipment.

Additional carriers and expedited shipping options are available upon request, with an additional charge.

Non-Profit Free Shipping Policy

Registered and verified non-profit organizations with a valid 501(c)(3) number are eligible for free shipping under these terms:

• The order total must be $450 or more and shipped to a single address.
• Free shipping is only available within the continental United States.
• Orders under $450, or those shipping outside the continental U.S., are charged the full cost of shipping.
• Expedited shipping methods are available at their standard list price.
