3. User-Generated Content

Global Protection Corp. does not and cannot review all communications and materials posted by users. We act merely as a passive conduit for user-generated content and assume no liability for such material.

However, we reserve the right to block or remove any communications or materials that we determine, in our sole discretion, to be:

  • Abusive, defamatory, or obscene
  • Fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading
  • In violation of a copyright, trademark, or intellectual property right
  • Offensive or otherwise unacceptable

4. Pricing & Typographical Errors

In the event that a product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Global Protection Corp. reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that product.

  • We reserve this right regardless of whether the order has been confirmed and your payment method charged.
  • If your payment method has already been charged and your order is canceled, Global Protection Corp. will promptly issue a full refund to your original payment account for the amount charged.

5. Returns & Refunds

All purchases made through the site are subject to our standard Return Policy.

  • Authorization: All returns require a pre-approved Return Authorization (RA) Number from your Account Manager or Customer Service.
  • Timeframe: Return requests and any shipping discrepancies (shortages, incorrect items, or transit damage) must be reported within 30 days of order receipt.
  • Condition: Returned merchandise must be in new, unused, unopened condition, and in full cases only.
  • Fees & Exclusions: A 20% restocking fee applies to standard returns (waived for shipping errors or verified product defects). Items purchased under promotional discounts, special offers, close-outs, or as demonstrators are final sale and strictly ineligible for return.

6. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

Warranty Disclaimer This site and the materials and products provided herein are delivered on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the fullest extent permissible by law, Global Protection Corp. disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, virus-free, or completely secure.

Limitation of Liability Global Protection Corp. shall not be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from the use of, or the inability to use, this site or the performance of our products, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Note: Some state laws do not allow limitations on warranties or exclusions of liability for incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Global Protection Corp., its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and suppliers from and against all losses, expenses, damages, and costs (including reasonable attorneys' fees) resulting from:

  1. Any violation of these terms and conditions.
  2. Any activity related to your account (including negligent or wrongful conduct) by you or any other person accessing the site using your internet account.

8. Third-Party Links

To provide added value, we may link to websites operated by third parties. However, even if an affiliation exists, Global Protection Corp. has no control over these linked sites, which maintain independent privacy and data collection practices. You access them at your own risk. We welcome feedback regarding these external links to help maintain the integrity of our platform.

9. Customer Audit Policy

Global Protection Corp. respects the right of customers to employ auditors to identify and resolve financial inconsistencies per our vendor contracts.

  • Inventory Adjustments: Requests for adjustments based on inventory must be submitted within 12 months of the product purchase date. Note: This policy applies strictly to contractual and financial audits and does not extend the 30-day window required to report physical shipping discrepancies, shortages, or transit damages.
  • POS Scan Adjustments: Requests for adjustments based on POS scans (including co-op and promotional allowances) must be submitted within 12 months of the scan date.
  • Verification: All requests for audit adjustments will be thoroughly verified prior to acceptance or credit issuance.

10. Account Termination & Notices

Term & Termination

These terms apply immediately upon your accessing the site, registering an account, or completing a purchase. Global Protection Corp. reserves the right to terminate these terms, or any part of them, without notice at any time and for any reason.

Upon termination, the provisions relating to Intellectual Property, Disclaimers, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, and Miscellaneous shall survive.

Notices

Global Protection Corp. may deliver notices to you via email, a general notice posted on the site, or by other reliable communication methods based on the contact information you provide.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

Your use of this site shall be governed in all respects by the laws of the State of Massachusetts, U.S.A., without regard to choice of law provisions. It is explicitly not governed by the 1980 U.N. Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.

  • Jurisdiction: You agree that any legal proceeding arising directly or indirectly out of or relating to this site (including the purchase of products) shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Boston, Massachusetts.
  • Statute of Limitations: Any cause of action or claim you may have regarding the site must be commenced within one (1) year after the claim or cause of action arises.
  • No Waiver & Assignment: Our failure to enforce strict performance of any provision here does not constitute a waiver of any right. Neither the course of conduct between parties nor trade practice shall modify these terms. Global Protection Corp. may assign its rights and duties under this Agreement to any party at any time without notice to you.
